I understand how as a small business your focus is on making your business a success and you may not have the budget to recruit a permanent HR professional. Typically HR duties tend to be distributed to office managers, administration staff or company directors, all of you will be busy in your own roles and it's rare that you will be qualified HR people. Therefore, when challenging people issues arise, you may not have the relevant employment law knowledge or skills to deal with the issue.

With frequent changes to employment law, HR serves are the first line of defence against claims against your business so it pays to invest in HR support. This is where I can help.

As the expert, I’ll take the pressure off you and your team and provide straightforward, practical HR advice and support.

We will listen while we work to understand the circumstances and then help with focused sessions to draw out an individual’s goals and aspirations. During 121 coaching sessions we’ll work together to identify any ‘barriers’ to success and aim to share some tools to help overcome them.

Coaching is a powerful tool that can support anyone working at any level in an organisation to overcome professional challenges and realise their full potential.

Alternatively, one of my strengths and passions is with tailored one-to-one coaching, often known as ‘Life Coaching’. This support offers an individual help to make informed decisions about not just their professional but also their personal lives.
