Hi, I’m Sharmin and I am very much a people person.

I am a HR Consultant, Coach, Civil & Commercial Mediator and Workplace Mediator. I began SHRM People Solutions because I wanted to combine my several years of HR experience and passion for finding solutions to workplace relations in order to provide a range of impactful consultancy, coaching and mediation services.

My family tease me because, within 10 minutes of meeting a total stranger, they’ve often told me their life story. People find it easy to trust me and can sense I'm non-judgmental.

I can quickly build rapport and establish relationships and I feel humbled that so many find it easy to share their experiences, disputes and aspirations with me.

I also have over 20 years of experience in HR, at both an operational and strategic level, and I have the following qualifications:

> A Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management
> Gained MCIPD status (Chartered Member of Charted Institute of Personnel Development)
> ADR Group accredited Workplace and Civil & Commercial Mediator
> Family Mediator qualification
> Coach qualification – EMCC Practitioner Level

After more than two decades of working for other people, I’ve taken my skills, experience, and qualifications and channelled them into my own business. I deliver HR consultancy, coaching and mediation services for anyone who needs it (corporate clients, smaller business and private individuals).
